Scope and Contents note
This series contains letters written by and to members of the Haskell and Raoul families. Written from the 1890s into the 1990s and centered on Gaston Raoul and Marion (Haskell) Raoul and their families and children, the letters chronicle the events and activities that influenced the lives of three generations. Including correspondences written while traveling to and living in various places around the world; letters written home from school or to a wife from war; notes of congratulations and condolences; these letters portray a families’ life throughout the Twentieth Century.
