States that he and the Bishop thought well of their plans, but that brethren not seen by Brother Holman or Black himself could not be taken into conference at Augusta. Dailey is appointed a missionary to East Tennessee, Black’s conference voted to organize and East Tennessee conference, and $500 is enclosed.
