Scope and Contents From the Collection: This collection documents activities of the Woman’s Christian Temperance Union (WCTU) of Chattanooga, Tennessee, in particular, the establishment and operation of the Frances Willard Home (originally named the Working Girls Home) from 1887 to 1976.
