The scrap books were compiled by Griscom over the years 1913 through the 1960s. Books from her childhood years include items such as play programs and bills, newspaper clippings, greeting cards, images and hand written notes. These books give an excellent portrayal of a young woman’s life in the early 20th Century. Late books chronicle college life including programs and dance cards, and finally a few items from her career at the University of Chattanooga, including newspaper clippings.
